Franchise procedures for specialty stores

① Product supporting materials
Corporate brochures, product manuals, investment promotion brochures, flyers, VCD promotional discs, etc. are selectively provided by the factory according to different situations.

2 Screening and evaluation of franchisees
Franchisees should have an advanced brand awareness, a good industry reputation, certain economic strength, strong management capabilities, a stable marketing network, and good distribution capabilities. For specific franchise conditions, please refer to the "DuPont Paint Franchise Manual".
3 Through phone and letter exchanges, we have in-depth communication with franchisees to bring us closer together.
4 The factory will send relevant personnel to the franchisee for inspection and assessment, fill in the dealer management card, and initially reach a cooperation intention.
5 The franchisee visits the headquarters (factory) for an inspection.
6 Negotiate and sign the contract.
7 The franchisee, in collaboration with the factory's personnel (mainly including planners and marketers), conducts a preliminary market research on the local market.
8 The selection of store location and the signing of lease contract.
9 Store decoration assessment, cost allocation and implementation of store decoration.
All franchise stores must be strictly decorated in accordance with the DuPont Paint specialty store decoration standards. The specific standards shall be based on the relevant construction drawings, and the decoration shall follow the standard colors, standard fonts, standard materials, standard proportions and a unified style.
10 The manufacturer shall provide the necessary supplies and supporting items for the specialty store as stipulated in the contract. Other necessary supplies shall be purchased separately by the franchisee.
① Hard supporting items
Shelves, color racks, document racks, light boxes, POP advertising storefront spray paintings and other movable items are accessories for the specialty store and are provided and configured by the manufacturer.
② Software accessory items (i.e., product accessory materials)
Corporate brochures, product manuals, investment promotion manuals, project tender documents, various instruction books, handbags, color cards, small samples, physical samples of wood lacquer, physical samples of wall lacquer, corporate image hanging boards, decorative paintings, promotional leaflets, posters, hanging flags, VCD discs, etc.
③ Other facilities of the specialty store
Specialty store storefronts, storefronts, ceilings, background walls, cash registers, etc.
11 The first batch of goods for the specialty store has been restocked. If conditions permit, the headquarters will send personnel to provide on-site guidance and training.
